Take a bite into Bradford with The Bradford Selection. Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Apple Day!

Sonia and Harry from Edible Archives have produced a collection of biscuits inspired by the communities and cultures of Bradford District and a celebration of City of Culture 2025.

Apples from Bowling Community orchard (which is managed by Bradford Environmental Education Service BEES and Bradford Apple Group) were picked and dehydrated to create one of the amazing biscuits in the selection tin, representing community support, organic fruit growing, volunteering and creating a vibrant wildlife haven from a piece of unused, overgrown wasteland.
